Actually there is nothing special in the printer maintenance tips or how to maintain the printer. But if we do it properly will greatly affect the performance and life of our printers. Here I share tips on how to care for printer maintenance or printer according to my personal experience, in particular the inkjet printers that use Liquid Ink:

  1. Use the printer periodically and regularly. Do not let the printer is "idle" in a long time. Every day or every other day should be used to print the printer at least 2-3 pieces and make sure it prints perfectly. Try to mold balance in terms of color, meaning that not only black but the print text / image that contains elements of black, red, yellow and blue (the colors) so it is expected that all work all Head. It aims to keep the ink from the entire print head from drying / clumping.
  2. Do not let Cartridge / Ink Tank is empty in a long time. Immediately fill an ink cartridge from empty / exhausted.
  3. In conducting the refill / refile especially when removing the cartridge, avoid touching the CMOS pin (marked with a cross in the palm of the hand). Pin is very sensitive (can be damaged) due to static electricity from your body.
  4. Use the same brand of ink refill time / refile. Even if different to make sure the ink has completely cardtridge empty / exhausted. This is to avoid the clumping reaction of the ink from different ink brands that can clog the holes in the Head of ink. These are usually often be forgotten in the printer maintenance tips.
  5. During printing using a clean paper and is still "reasonable" does not meaning that shabby or "lungset" because the paper can cause jams shabby / stop printing or "mbulet" due to a slip of paper on the printer rollers. In addition, dusty paper can cause the dust stuck to the Head.
  6. Clean the printer is dirty use a brush or wipe with a cloth. Special sections in use a small brush to achieve a difficult sidelines. When cleaning make sure the printer is turned OFF or total death (the power cord disconnected).
  7. Use the printer cover to protect from dust. You can close it tightly with a cloth so that there is still air exchange. Do not use the cover (closed meeting) with the plastic because moist air can accelerate damage to the printer.
  8. When your printer is often used (typically for office) do not often turn off the printer after each print, the printer remains on leave. This is to minimize Over the Limit Counter Hit Counter BIOS. All printers have a limited number of prints (on average 2000 times). Everytime we turn on the printer then the Counter will increase (considered 1 time score). Imagine if during work hours (eg 8 hours) we turn off and turn on the printer up to 10 times or 20 times?! then it will accelerate our Counter Reset the BIOS to our printer.
  9. Do not be too often print pictures / writing dipertebal or Fill with a high density because it will aggravate the Head that automatically shortens the Head.
  10. Infusion wear a special printer, Ink Tank Put Infusion parallel (rather low bit) with Cartridge. This is to keep the ink from flowing directly into the printer Cartridge when not in use.
  11. Clean / wash foam / sponge vacuum in the ink that is at the printer at least once a year or when deemed hisapnya power began to weaken. Usually characterized by the passage of Process Head Cleaning, or any overflow ink inside the printer. When it is allowed to be harmful to a series of electronic / mechanical printer. In some cases used the trick is to remove the vacuum hose that entered and stored in a separate container. 12 special is if you have not been able to enlist the help of an experienced technician.
Printer Care Tips or How to take care if we execute the above printer can properly optimize printer performance and prolong the life of our printers.
